As you enter the village of Kilkhampton take the 1st right, by the bus shelter which is opposite our white Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast sign, turn immediate right and follow the Heatham B&B signs approximately 1 mile off the A39.

Enter the village of Kilkhampton, pass the pubs, and shops, approximately 600yrds past the post office turn left by the public telephone box and the bus shelter, which is opposite our Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast sign, turn immediate right follow then Heatham B&B signs approximately 1 mile off the A39.
